Service Description

This process begins with One Initial video consultation of "hot spots" or areas of stress in the home. Kate will then send videos and/or emails as weekly homework, depending on the time frame the customer would like to follow. Weekly Emails will include: +Motivational Support +Checklists and an Action Plan +Product Recommendation +One weekly 30 minute Q & A (One Initial Consultation plus 6 supported virtual sessions)
